Bringing the design characteristics of steam engine era of the 19th century, Steamring is a 75 meter long mega yacht designed by Baran Akalın and Interior designed by Fany By Dada (Doga Naz Cebeci). ‘‘Interior Design Concept Yacht’’ award winner at The International Yacht and Aviation Awards.
Steamring consists of two different bodies. Placing an aluminum structure inside the steel body it was aimed to be durable and light in weight. The structure pattern of the deck is also aluminum. Steamring makes it possible to travel anywhere in the world in any season and spend time in uncharted seas. With its functional structure, a helicopter pad, a deckhouse and a saloon placed in the main deck are connected via a staircase to the lounge area in the lower deck, providing easy access to all areas aboard. Accompanied with an indoor pool, bars, large terraces and a dining area in its lounge area, Steamring was designed to offer unforgettable times to her guests.
Going down from the lounge area a garage area connecting both sides of the yacht is followed by an engine room of 2 x 4000 HP Diesel engines. When working in full power they can take Steamring up to 24 knots in speed. Moving on, there is the flybridge located on the upper deck.
The upper deck lobby connecting to the terrace behind the owner cabin on the upper deck creates a spacious area on both sides, by means of the semi cylindrical terrace opening towards the sides.
A jacuzzi and spacious sunbathing areas are available in this section. On the top there is a hard top ceiling designed to open up on demand and present a broader view of the sky.
The lounge area and indoor pool; The indoor pool area bathed in blue is the super star of “Steamring”. Dark parquet with blue stripes invites you to the Lower Decklounge area with its indoor pool – the ultimate possible luxury in yachts. Full size glass windows and structures create a dramatic architectural and artistic effect and help to create a more open and ventilated area where you can enjoy the sunlight during the day and the stars at night while enjoying the blue mosaic spa pool with its iconic Rolls Royce fiber optic lights on the ceiling.
A retro inspired bar and bar stools, lounge sofas and swinging chaise lounges have been designed to create the fanciest pool party area ! Stepping up to the lounge area and lounge dining the guest enjoys custom sofas and ottomans with classic colours and timeless gold details which are designed to be comfortable and fashionable at the same time. Two massive sofas and ottomans can accomodate 12 people. You can enjoy the view of the pool area and the sea beyond while sitting on Fancy by Dada sofas. This area includes four opening terraces which provide a maximum yachting life style and proximity to the ocean.
